You can configure task filter in the navigator window and in To Do List and Inbox lists (see section “4.7. Personal task lists”). Each of these windows has its own independent task filter with following options:

  • projects;

  • task start time;

  • task progress;

  • statuses for which tasks are shown;

  • activities for which tasks are shown.

By pressing Task Filter button on Navigator toolbat, a pop-up window will open.

Task filter updates interactively i.e. any changes immediately update task list.

There are buttons in the upper right corner of the window that can be used to save filter parameters as preset options for quick access to them in the future.

Status of filter (on/off) is showh in Navigator like this:

  • If any kind of filtering is activated, toolbar icon will change color;

  • If some tasks were filtered out, an indicator will pop up at the bottom of Cerebro window. Clicking it will open Filter configuration.
