This error means that there's an issue connecting to the Cerebro servers.

  1. Check your Internet connection.

   2. Check that ports 45432, 45431 and 4080 are open in your office network.

You can do so using the telnet utility. Port access can also be checked in the connection settings.

If the ports are closed, you can use our proxy server. To do so, open the "Authorization" screen, select "More" and then "Connection settings". In the "Proxy" section, check "Use SOCKS proxy server". Leave the default host and port: proxy.cerebrohq.com : 80

  3. Check your connection settings

Open the "Authorisation" window, click "Advanced", and then click "Connection settings". In most cases, "Use database address" should be unchecked.

If all the solutions described above didn't help, contact our Support: https://cerebrohq.com/en/support/
