This toolbar duplicates Navigator’s context menu items. The panel's location can be changed by moving it around the main window. You can hide/show the panel through the main menu, View tab.

It contains following buttons:

  • New task used to create a new task;

  • New task from template create a new task using a previously created template;

  • Task Properties edit task properties in a new window;

  • Task external chats creates a chat in Telegram or Discord on the selected task

  • Delete — used to delete/restore task;

  • Archive move a task to an archive;

  • Cut task “removes” selected task to paste it;

  • Cut task and leave reference “cut” the task selected from the list to paste it later, while keeping the link to the transferred task in the original location; 

  • Copy task copies the selected task;

  • Copy task as reference — copy the selected task on the list to subsequently paste it as a link into the corresponding section of the task structure of the current project or another one;

  • Past pastes the previously copied/cut task;

  • Special Paste allows you to explicitly choose task attributes to move/copy along with task;

  • Make unique this function is available for tasks presented as a task reference and makes it possible to replace a link to a task with a copy of a similar task, turning it into an independent task with the same attributes;

  • Mark as read/unread mark the selected task as one containing a read/unread message;

  • Subscribe put the current task into user’s Inbox tab;

  • Add to favorite add the task to the list of favorites;

  • Replicate tasks create one or more duplicates of the selected task;

  • Multi-rename tasks rename selected tasks according to the template using regular expressions or pasting from the clipboard;

  • Select task(s) for linking marks current task for subsequent linking;

  • Link links current and marked tasks;

  • Link the selected tasks to the chain establish a sequential connection for the tasks selected from the list.
