Open the Explorer;
Go to %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup;
Add the Cerebro shortcut to the autorun directory.
MacOS
Right-click the Cerebro icon in Dock;
Parameters > Open on login.
Linux
Can vary depending on the Linux version;
For Ubuntu: use System > Parameters, add Cerebro to Automatically launched applications.
