You can restore Cerebro password in the Authorization window of the Cerebro desktop client. Click on the button ‘Forgot password’ at the bottom of the Authorization page.
If you receive the error message Email is not found in Cerebro, contact your universe administrator directly to clarify whether your account was deleted or whether your email was correctly specified by the administrator at the registration.
