Please note that the passwords for logging into the license User Account and Cerebro client are different.

Resetting the password for the Cerebro client is done in the "Authorization" window of the Cerebro desktop client. Button "Forgot password" at the bottom of the "Authorization" page.

You should also check your "Connection settings". To do this, open the "Authorisation" window, click "Advanced", and then click "Connection settings". In the "Connection settings" window, check the "Database" section. "Use database address" should be unchecked by default.
