Sign in to Cerebro as universe administrator;

Open the Cerebro administrator panel (Main menu - Tools - Administrator...);

In the Administrator panel go to the Universe tab;

In the Universe tab open License list tab;

At the top of the tab, click Get a license from a file… and select the license file recieved from the license supplier in the pop-up window.
