Sign in to Cerebro as universe administrator;

Open the Cerebro administrator panel (Main menu - Tools - Administrator...);

In the Administrator panel go to the Universe tab;

In the Universe tab open License list tab;

At the top of the tab, click Get HostID used in license generation;

In the appeared window, copy the text from the HostID field and send it to the Cerebro vendor (email at support@cerebrohq.com).
