In most cases, the speed depends on how far away you are from the database server and the file storage server.

We use the following cloud servers:

  • Main (Europe);

  • America (San Francisco);

  • Asia (Singapore).

Please contact our Support with your Universe name and information about where the majority of your employees are located: https://cerebrohq.com/en/support/.

We will check which server your Universe is hosted on at the moment and move it over to the closest server, if necessary.

If your database is hosted on the closest server but the speed issue persists, check the connection speed between you and the server using any speed test utility, such as https://www.speedtest.net. Choose the city your server is located in by clicking Change server.
