Use the desktop app if you work with files, versions, plugins, and media review.
Use the web version if you need access to Cerebro without being tied to your work computer.
Use the mobile app if you need to quickly check tasks, follow updates, and make small changes on the go.
All versions use the same database.
You can start working on a project in the desktop app, open the same project in the web version, and keep track of tasks and notifications from the mobile app.
The mobile app is not a replacement for a full working environment. It is designed for quick actions and project control rather than full-scale project work.
Integrations with tools such as Maya, Nuke, and Photoshop via Tentaculo, as well as advanced media file review in Mirada, are currently available only in the desktop version.
