This error means that there's an issue connecting to the Cerebro servers.
You can do so using the Telnet utility. Port access can also be checked in the connection settings.
If the ports are closed, you can use our proxy server. To do so, open the Authorization screen, select Advanced and then Connection settings. In the Proxy section, check Use proxy server. Leave the default host and port: proxy.cerebrohq.com:80
