The login and password for logging into the Account aren't the same as the ones for the Cerebro client.
If you can't remember your password, you can restore it here: https://cerebrohq.com/en/ac-reset-password/. This will not apply to your Cerebro account.
Access to the Account has a limited amount of users. If you can't log in and resetting your password doesn't help, your email might not be linked to license management.
